* Icon chibi style: 12$

* YCH Emote: 5$/1 emote.
10 emotes: 45$ (same character)
20 emotes: 80$ (same character)
You can buy at least 2 emote

You will receive 4 PNG files: 300px, 112px, 56px and 28px
I'll draw emote by using YCH bases. So I will only make small changes if you want. Because this is a chibi, the character's look and outfit can be minimalist.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSION

Commercial commissions (Promotional/Distributional) will be given the origin file if requested. However, the layers would be merged as needed. If the client ask for all layers to be intact, there'll be additional 50% cost.

TERMS OF SERVICE

TOS

- I have the right to accept or decline your commission.
- Deadline: 2-4 weeks
- I'll draw human, humanoid
- I won't draw R-18, furry, old man,... I can refuse if I am not comfortable with the request
- For normal commission: You will receive 2 PNG files 300dpi including a version with a transparent BG
- Free simple BG (flat color)
- The price may change depending on the difficulty of the drawing: items, BG, detailed clothing...
- Commissioner please credit leocreamsoda when you use it. Don't claim my work is yours
- My art can be used as a sample of my portfolio. I'll post the version with lower pixels or with watermark. The commissioner can't post the full-size drawing without watermark the public
- If you want to keep the commission private, you need to pay an extra fee (+30% of the set price)
- I don't make any other changes once the commission is over
- For normal & emote commission: Streamers can use the commission for pfp, avatar, gift, but you can't resell, print or make money from them.
- My commission is for personal use only, you can't use it to make money. To request a commercial commission, please contact me (prices and terms will change)
- Don't use my art for AI. Please don’t use my work without my permission.
- Please read and agree with my TOS before commissioning <3DM me if you have any questions related to the commission. Thank you!

Work Process

- The work will be carried out in the following order:
(1) After placing the order, I will start with the rough sketch. You check and ask for edits if necessary (up to 3 times). Please request all details to be fixed at once. I can try other poses/compositions if you don't like the first one.
The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to three days. (When it's your turn)
(2) I will send the final sketch (with watermark) for you to review. Once the necessary corrections have been made, I will proceed to collect the final price.
(3) I'll send a line-art with my watermark
In case you want to modify the drawing, while it is in the line-art or colored stage, an extra amount will be charged.
(4) The final product will be delivered to you without a watermark.
- Please don't ask me to add details to the commission that weren't in the original information you gave.
- Depending on the commission type, some steps will be skipped if not necessary.

TAT

- Type normal: around 2-4 weeks.
- Type chibi: around 1 week.
Start counting the time since you approved the last sketch.

Payment

- The payment is via Paypal.
- I won’t start with the final product until I receive the payment.
- The price may vary depending on the difficulty of the drawing (detailed clothing, weapons, accessories, etc).
- Add 80% of the base price for a character added to the artwork.

Waitlist

- When you're put on the waitlist, make sure you don't cancel halfway through. I'll contact you by the time I've scheduled.

Refund

- Once I did the line-art, no refund is made.
- In case of an emergency: If you want a refund before the commission is finished, I will refund 50% of the total bill.
